Service 01
Proposals in minutes,
not evenings.
Every proposal starts from scratch, looks a little different and eats an evening. I build you a proposal tool on your own prices, texts and layout. And where every quote follows the same rules, the path from enquiry to sent offer runs on its own.
Talk about your case →The problem
Most teams write proposals in Word or Excel: copy the last one, change the name, hope the prices are still current. It works, until an old discount slips through, the layout breaks or the offer goes out three days too late.
On top of that, enquiries arrive by email, form and phone. Someone reads them, looks up prices, builds the offer, sends it and, if there is time, follows up. Every step is simple, but together they cost hours and good leads cool down while they wait.
What you get
Step 1The proposal tool
- Your price list, built in: products, services, options and discounts, always current
- Your texts as building blocks: approved wording you combine instead of rewriting
- Your layout: a polished PDF in your design, every time
- Checks before sending: missing items, wrong totals and old prices get flagged
Step 2Automation, where the rules repeat
- Enquiries read and sorted: requests from mail and forms are captured and structured
- Offers drafted from your rules: prices, options and conditions applied automatically
- Human check where it matters: unusual cases land with a person, standard cases go straight out
- Follow-ups that happen: reminders and second emails go out on schedule
How we work together
- 01
Look at real proposals
Recent offers, and how an enquiry becomes an offer today.
- 02
Set up the building blocks
Prices, texts and layout in one tool, plus the rules for what may run on its own.
- 03
Test with live cases
Your team works with it, and any automation runs alongside until it is reliable.
- 04
Hand over
Documented, trained and yours. Changing a price takes seconds.
A good fit if
- You send proposals every week and each one takes more than an hour
- Offers look different depending on who wrote them
- You get many similar enquiries and answer them one by one
- Offers go out days after the request, and follow-ups depend on someone remembering them
Questions
Do we need both steps?
No. Many teams start with the tool alone. Automation pays off once a lot of your enquiries follow the same rules.
Do we have to replace our current software?
No. The tool can export to the formats you already use, and it can connect to your CRM if you have one.
How long does it take?
For a typical price list and layout, a first working version is usually ready within a few weeks. I will give you a concrete estimate after our first call.
Will customers notice it is automated?
Only in how fast they hear back. Offers use your texts and your layout, and anything unusual goes to a person first.
What if a case does not fit the rules?
It is flagged and handed to your team with everything already filled in. Nothing is sent that should not be.
Do we need a CRM for this?
It helps, but it is not required. If you want one built around your process, see your own CRM.
